Trebio pellet mill begins operation at former Smurfit Stone pulp mill site in Quebec

PORTAGE DU FORT, QC, June 26, 2011 (Press Release) - Our pellet mills went through their commissioning tests in early June and passed with flying colors and are now starting to produce wood pellets to meet our early orders. Yann Selin, Trebio Production Manager said, "Our program to start producing in June was set at the end of last year and we are pleased to be producing on time and to the quality we need."

CEO Louis Campeau was traveling in the UK securing orders when the first pellets started to roll off the mills. He received pictures of the early production on his mobile phone and quickly sent the images to all that been involved in this long journey from concept to production. Mr Campeau said, "The build and installation of the plant and equipment has gone according to our planning. The only budget overruns have been on improving plant and equipment to improve the offering to our clients."
